Worthiness

Are there times you doubt your worthiness to have or to receive?  Were you raised it is better to give than receive? Maybe someone made you feel less than, when you expressed your opinion or truth. Was there a person who tried to sway your feelings or thoughts to believe the way they do? Were you laughed at or treated unfairly because of your belief?  Is there fear of acceptance? There could be a million reasons why you don't feel worthy of something or someone in your life.

Let's take money!

Are you worthy of receiving money for what you provide as a service? Yes you are!
Do you willing accept it with gratitude? Are you open to receiving more? What is your relationship with money? Do you give money to others easier than accepting money? Do you have struggles with bringing more money in your life? Where did you obtain your belief system about money?

Everything is about relationship and the value we put on it

Do you value yourself?
Do you value your gifts?
Do you utilize your gifts to provide a means to support yourself fruitfully?
Are you willing to see money as an exchange of energy for services provided?
Are you praying for abundance and prosperity? Is there anything holding you back from receiving it?

Now, let's look at relationships?
It's all about relationship!

Today, I met a woman in the Unity Church. She was definitely in her mid to late 60's. She was questioning whether or not she could let go of an unhealthy relationship with a friend. A book she was reading told her it was ok to do this.

She also shared that she didn't feel loved.  She felt no one loved her.

We chatted for a few moments about how she really felt about herself in relationship? She was surprised to hear that I posed this question. She shared she never thought about that before.

If we don't love ourself how can we expect others to love us? I suggested that perhaps there are many that love her but she is not seeing that or aware of it? She found it hard to believe anyone loved her. Soon she was realizing that self love is the most important love.

I shared the story of cutting the AKA cords that bind us to people, feelings or situations that may no longer serve us. I explained how in hawaii I learned about this and it is ok to release and let it go. (I have learned this similar process in many indigenous cultures I have studied).

I let her know she could send forgiveness and have compassion and give thanks for the lesson. No one ever told her she could do that. She felt relieved to know it was ok to release this hurtful person from her life and send love for their healing.

If we can make it to our 60's and no one has told us we can have love or have money or anything we aspire to having in our life, how can we possibly manifest it? If those lessons were not part of our upbringing there is no comprehension of the possibilities of all that we can attract or release. We never knew the value. We never knew we were worthy and therefore it does not exist in the realm of possibilities until we are provided the lesson.

How do we create healthy relationships without an example?
Why do you attract relationships that don't work easily?
Do you value your relationship with your Creator?
Do you value your relationship with yourself?

Our mind has the power and ability to create how we experience our reality!
It is the one gift we have been given that can shift consciousness and how we feel.

Start now and feel worthy of the life you were given on this planet.
Acknowledge and accept the value of your life.
Open to receive the love, gifts and prosperity you desire.
Give gratitude for everything.
Give to another and more will come to you.

Repeat after me ~ All my desires are manifesting for me right now. ~
 Law of Attraction

We are all worthy!
Everything is already here!
